Life has been rather busy as of late. We both started working again. So as you all know work sort of takes over ones life rather quickly if you let it. We all need to do it however and that’s why we can take pleasure in taking photographs, reading a good book or watching a film. Just for that escape from reality. After a long week, which hasn’t even ended yet, I was ecstatic when I received a phone call saying my film has been developed and I could go in to the workshop to collect it!

I hope these pictures bring you as much happiness as they did for me when I first looked at them.

Ancient disposable

Holidays always call for some spring cleaning. Well that is exactly what I found myself doing. Luckily it was quite rewarding as I found a old undeveloped disposable camera from 2005. I immediately went to get it developed and it brought back such wonderful memories.

As you may or may not know we love skating. Well penny boarding in correct terms. We may not be the next Tony Hawk but we do love it, a lot. That being said we haven’t exactly had the best experiences with our boards. We both had the a clear plastic board. Sadly they both snapped. I mean what are the chances, of not just one but both snapping? It didn’t stop us though. We were recently given two new boards.

We can’t wait to start our adventures with our new boards.

Last week a little baby beauty turned sixteen and while sifting through tons of photos for her card I found some great shots of the prettiest little fairy anyone has ever laid their eyes on! Okay so I’m a huge one direction fan and I really don’t care what anyone has to say about that little fact about me! So now that you know, I can go on with my post:

One Direction came to South Africa for the first time ever this weekend and it was honestly the most amazing experience! My friends and I woke up at 3:30 am and we were in the queue outside the stadium from 6 am till 4 pm and then once we were actually in the stadium we had to wait until 9 pm for one direction to actually perform so basically we waited sixteen and a half hours to be in the front row of the best show ever! Now I know that’s insane but it was actually quite fun and we really got to know the people around us while waiting which was nice! Anyway here are some photos from the show (we also took some disposables which I wil post at a later stage xx) I hope you like them:
